You can choose to either list all sessions by day in a grid view to give you a good idea about the overall programme structure:

 

Or you can open the search / filter page and search the programme by specific criteria:

  • Date
  • Session type (associations)
  • Symposia tile
  • Lecture title (word contained in the title)
  • Presenting author surname

I do not know for which date/time/room my presentation was scheduled or even if my abstract(s) was accepted

These information has been sent to all authors by an email. If you can't find it, you can log in to your abstracts overview and click the Scientific programme involvement button to list all the sessions you are involved in - thus which abstracts have been accepted for which sessions.

All presentations must be given in English. All presenting authors must be registered to the General Assembly 2015.

I am presenting a poster and do not know how to prepare it

More than 2300 posters were accepted and allocated into five poster sessions.

Posters from one poster session are displayed in the Poster area for two days, within which four time slots are dedicated for discussions over the posters. (no lectures are given) The times for discussion are:

  • 1st day, 15:00 – 16:30 (authors are obliged to be present by their posters)

  • 1st day, 18:00 – 19:30 (authors are recommended to be present by their posters)

  • 2nd day, 15:00 – 16:30 (authors are recommended to be present by their posters)

  • 2nd day, 18:00 – 19:30 (authors are recommended to be present by their posters)

Poster session dates are as follows:

  • Poster session 1: June 23 & June 24

  • Poster session 2: June 25 & June 26

  • Poster session 3: June 27 & June 28

  • Poster session 4: June 29 & June 30
